I actually disagree – you can exercise while on the master cleanse!! You definitely don’t have to be sedentary while doing a detox diet. It is crucial to give your digestive system a rest and chance to detox at least once a year – considering most of us grew up never doing a detox and the world (and our food, body products, environment…) being as polluted as it is, I think it’s crucial to get into the habit of detoxing our bodies of accumulated toxins – they are the root of all disease!!

If you are suffering and need immediate relief, over-the-counter stool softener can be helpful, however, I do not recommend them for frequent use. 20 minutes of ab and leg exercises. To get all the wonderful benefits of exercise, I do emphasize that you stop smoking. You significantly reduce your lung capacity by smoking. Drinking coffee does have a temporary effect of speeding up your metabolism, but if you want long term benefits of a high metabolism, cardio exercise with strength training is your answer. Simply eating more frequent smaller meals throughout the day will help to rev your metabolism as well. Good luck!

I have a friend called Sabrina Wesely ( if u know her ) . She keeps on asking me 4 advice EVERYDAY. I tell her that i really dunno. She says that she gets very hungry between meals and eats alot even if it is a healthy snack & then she is not hungry for dinner. Her hunger timings are very strange . What can she do ??

Even if you are not a binge eater, there is a lot of information in that video that I think you will find very helpful to jump start your program. Once armed with some tips, you can then make a plan for yourself. Go shopping and buy some healthy foods. Prepare them a head of time and keep them in the fridge for when you are hungry so that you don’t reach for something quick and processed. I do this. I always have steamed broccoli, lasagna, chicken, cut up fruit, etc. available in my fridge.
Hi, don’t let the pressure of the pre-diabetes make you do something rash like a crash diet. I’m sure your doctor wants you to be as healthy as possible and jumping into a strict diet with both feet is not healthy for you and unfortunately, you are much more likely to give it up down the road because of deprivation. You need to commit yourself to a lifestyle change. I have a video series on Binge eating uploaded that I think you will find helpful.
