I’d been trying to lose weight for over a year now. I need to lose around 40lbs but I just don’t have that much self control when it comes to food intake. I tend to eat really big portions and several servings every meal. I’d been searching for an all-natural Tone Detox pill and read that acai berry has lots of health benefits and a good appetite suppressant. Has anyone tried it already? Is it really effective?

i heard those pills are great as appetite suppressant so they will really help you control your food intake. yes, acai berry fruits have a lot of benefits. they are anti oxidant too so they are healthy. you should note that you have to help yourself so they will be effective. there is no magic pill out there, every pill needs your work, so you also have to have a healthy lifestyle.

Ok so I am starting a Tone Detox/exercise/weight loss program tomorrow and wanted an aid, yes I know I need to do a lot more then take the pill, I’m going to Tone Detox and exercise also. And I know some of these pills give you an energy boost also, which will really help. SO I am having a problem picking from a group of these and wanted people opinions and why you gave that opinion to which one I should take… And if you have one that you suggest that I don’t have listed here that would be great too.

I think either 2, 3 or 7 because i heard that Acai is quite safe to use and number 7 says natural which is good. I honestly advice against using them though because it’s not real weight loss it just makes you temporarily lose weight and then you gain it back most of the time but if you are going to use one i suggest something natural or something with a good reputation because some pills can do damage to your body and even kill you (this is rare but happens with dodgy weight loss pills) so please just be careful.
